**Primary Purpose of the Position:**
* To register and assess Maternity, Sick and Death (MSD) and Employee’s Compensation (EC) claims.
* To process MSD claims and attend to customer needs.

- Registration of MSD and EC Claims
- Assessment and validation of MSD and EC claims
- Processing of MSD and EC Claims
- Administration
- Customer Care (internal and external)
Requirements
- Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in Business Administration
- 5 years’ experience in a claims administration
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Conflict resolution Skills
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Ethical
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confidentiality
- Computer Literacy
