Key Responsibilities

• Achieve highest degree of Hino and Fleet customer satisfaction
• Adhere to Fleet credit control and work in progress procedures
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure vehicles meet all legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct proper job card write up in line with Fleet guest’s symptom descriptions
• Responsible for all general administration in the Fleet department
• Provide regular reports on service status, costs, and vehicle downtime.

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years’ experience in a service advisor or fleet coordination role
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license.
