This collaboration brings new investment in people, modern sieving equipment, an automated briquette plant, and packing machinery. The Floor Manager will oversee production in this evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- The ability to lead and motivate employees to reach production targets.
- The ability and discipline to train employees to use equipment efficiently and safely.
- The ability to plan production cycles in advance.
- Reporting skills to give feedback to the overall managing teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an industrial production environment.
- Thorough understanding of the balancing act of production in a Namibian context, to produce a premium quality product for the British and European markets.
- To be a team player in the broader Carbo / Big K Team.
- Passion for the organization’s mission and commitment to contributing to its success.
Salary
Market related salary with medical aid benefits. Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
