DESKTOP ADMINISTRATOR – Agra 3 views

Key Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd & 3rd line support on
• Workstations and laptop
• Network (LAN) issues
• Printer, copiers and fax machines
• MS Office and other application support
• Technical troubleshooting and repairs on IT related equipment
• Provide 1st line support on:
• Routers / switches
• Servers & Server software
• Assign calls to the technical staff
• Assign calls to technical staff
• Log calls with 3rd party support
• Stock management
• Ensure sufficient backup stock is available
• User profiles
• Office Administration
• Server Support

Requirements

• Namibian citizenship
• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Internationally recognised A+ and N+, MCSA will serve as a distinct advantage
• Exceptional understanding of the principles of networking and internet technologies
• Above average technical knowledge of PCs, laptops & printers
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Valid Code B drivers licence
