The Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations invites interested, experienced and accredited, Namibian owned companies/ consultants in the Information Technology (IT) sector to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of Integrated Case Management System for the Directorate Legal Services nationwide, for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The scope of service includes the development and implementation of a web-based Case Management System that support Legal Service core functions. The system must provide full lifecycle case management, automated case reference numbering and statistical report on the number of cases created, secure document storage, metadata management for reporting, audit trail functionality and tools to enhance collaboration and management decision making. The system to be developed should be based on Microsoft/Microsoft Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of Integrated Case Management System for the Directorate Legal Services nationwide.
- Development and implementation of a web-based Case Management System.
- Provide full lifecycle case management.
- Automate case reference numbering and statistical reports on the number of cases created.
- Secure document storage and metadata management for reporting.
- Provide audit trail functionality.
- Provide tools to enhance collaboration and management decision making.
Requirements
- Interested parties must submit a company profile illustrating adequate capability, capacity and resources to execute this assignment.
- Three (3) original or certified copy of written reference letters from your clients of prior similar projects successfully completed, detailing similar scope of work done in past five (5) years.
- Mandatory Documents:
- a. Valid original or certified copy of Company Registration Documents (should be in core business).
- b. Valid original or certified copy of Good Standing Tax Certificate by NAMRA (should be valid upon bid closing date).
- c. Valid original or certified copy of Good Standing Social Security Certificate (should be valid upon bid closing date).
- d. Valid certified copy of Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, a confirmation letter from Employment Equity Commission, or exemption issued in terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998 (should be valid upon bid closing date).
- e. Written undertaking as contemplated in section 138(2) of the Labour Act, 2007.
- NB: Joint ventures and sub-contracting are not allowed.
- Personnel Requirements:
- CV’s of the personnel and relevant reference.
- Minimum: Bachelor of Information and Technology.
- At least five (5) years relevant experience in maintenance and support services of website, network, email, development of case management system and set up of critical IT services for institutional operational.
- Show proof of qualifications and competencies of VMWare.
