**Job Title:** QUALIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ICU/NICU, CASUALTY, GENERAL WARD

**Role Purpose:**
We are seeking dedicated, competent Registered Nurses to deliver vital care to seriously ill or injured patients in our ICU/NICU, General Ward, and Casualty departments. The nurse must provide for the patient’s health needs and apply the scientific nursing process while effectively managing costs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure comprehensive and safe patient care by mitigating risks and meeting set clinical quality standards
Ensure optimal supply, retention, and utilisation of staffing resources
Empower and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development
Assist with effectively managing operational expenses (including stock and capital)

Requirements

General Requirement: Applicants must be registered with the Health Professions Council of Namibia
ICU/NICU: Degree/ Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, Postgraduate Diploma in ICU/NICU or Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU/NICU
GENERAL WARD: Degree/Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, 2-3 years working experience within a clinical environment
CASUALTY: Degree/Diploma in Nursing, 2-3 years working experience within a clinical environment, Emergency Care Qualification will be an added advantage
