Moroff & Partners Consulting Engineers is a well-established multi-disciplinary consulting firm which offers consulting engineering services to clients in Namibia and beyond our Namibian borders. The firm is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator- Half day (Windhoek).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence
- Maintaining filing systems and office records
- Invoicing, petty cash and basic bookkeeping
- Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
- Support staff and management with general office needs
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous office/admin experience is an advantage
- Drivers license, own transport
- Candidates must be self-motivated team players who can work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
