**Primary purpose of the position:**
To maintain the security and safety of Namdock’s facilities and assets through vigilant surveillance and prompt reporting of any suspicious activities or incidents.

- Surveillance Monitoring and Reporting
- Planning and Administration
- Emergency Response
- Security and Risk Assessments
- ISPS code maintenance & monitoring
- Crew members management.
- Unrest/Crowd control
- Access control management.
- Unrest/Crowd control
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: CCTV and Surveillance Interpersonal Skills
- Security incident investigation and report writing.
- Security Audit
- Communication and Collaboration
- ISPS Code understanding and implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Surveillance or similar qualification at (NQF Level 7).
- A Course in Conducting Security Investigations.
- CCTV Operator License/Certificate will be an added advantage.
- ISPS certification
- Five (5) years of experience in CCTV control room management, reporting, and control room management systems of which three (3) should have been a team leader’s level.
- A Valid Driver’s Licence (Code B).
