Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project site teams in accordance with the company’s strategic plans and objectives; aligned to company, client, regulatory and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Namibian Citizen.
- Recognised Related Tertiary qualification
- 10+ years’ experience in Project and/or Construction Management in minerals processing and related industries required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level of customer focus.
- Proven ability in leading multidisciplinary activities.
