Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Post graduate qualifications in Law specialization in company and corporate law
- An ICSA (the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) recognised qualifications
- Admitted as a legal practitioner
- Five (5) years general business administration experience of which three (3) years should have been in a Company Secretary capacity
- Code B Driver’s License
