FAST MEDICAL LABORATORIES is seeking a qualified and experienced Laboratory Manager to be based in Windhoek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing junior scientists across branches in Namibia
  • Ensuring the laboratory is registered and maintained in accordance with the latest ISO standards
  • Maintaining registration with the Ministry of Health
  • Managing procurement
  • Keeping abreast of current developments in testing technology
  • Overseeing quality control and monitoring the accuracy of test results

Requirements

  • Degree in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driving licence
  • Registration with the Namibian Health Professions Council
