Key Responsibilities

• Institutional Leadership: Provide Institutional Leadership, Shape Centre strategic focus, ensure operational efficiency and overall management of the Centre.
• Financial Management: Assume responsibility of financial management and discipline, annual budget, funding allocations, and reporting.
• Quality assurance: Oversee compliance with regulations and national standards in TVET.
• Stakeholder Management: Ensure sound relations with Regulatory authorities, Government and industry stakeholders.
• Administration: Ensure and assume responsibility for good governance, reviews and reporting.
• Human resource Management: Development and reviews of policies and procedures, skills, and resource commitment to achieve center’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma, Relevant Honour’s Degree or equivalent qualification at (NQF Level 8)
• Master’s Degree at NQF level 9 in Leadership, management/business is an added advantage
• Ten (10) years relevant experience in TVET, of which six (6) years must be on senior management
• Communication and networking skills
• Leadership and Management Skills
• Sound Interpersonal Relations.
