Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants
- Achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer development
- Implement sales strategies and monitor team performance
- Conduct meetings, training, and reporting
- Identify new business and maintain key customer relationships
- Manage recruitment, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Travel regularly with team (approx. 15 days/month)
Requirements
- Matric; marketing/business qualification or relevant experience advantageous
- Min. 3 years’ sales experience; management experience a plus
- Proven sales record
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans; other Namibian languages advantageous
- MS Office proficient
- Valid driver’s licence – no endorsements
- Clear criminal, credit, and disciplinary record
- Namibian citizenship
- Resident in Windhoek, Swakopmund, Walvis Bay or immediate surrounding towns.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and committed
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence
- Professional, organised, and results-focused
