Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives to ensure agility, operational efficiency, and long-term market leadership
• Ensure superior customer service and market responsiveness by optimizing supply chain and commercial operations
• Strengthen partnerships with key customers and suppliers to drive sales growth and improve service levels
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost management, and digital innovation

• Ensure full compliancy with CCBA policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Requirements

• MBA or post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Sales or General Management
• Minimum fifteen (15) years’ of leadership experience within FMCG/ Beverage industries
• Ability to set a clear long-term direction and successfully navigate complex, fast-changing business environments
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive strategies to drive sustainable business growth
• Expertise in managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting while ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations
• Capability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government, customers, and the broader community
• Expertise in leading organizational change, driving innovation, and delivering successful transformation initiatives.
• Written & oral ability of English (Proficiency in an indigenous language will be an added advantage).
• Code BE driver’s license
