Requirements
- A recognized 4-years teaching qualification on NQF level 7
- OR An appropriate recognized 4 years tertiary non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF level 7 in relation to the school subject to be taught plus a 1 year teaching qualification
- OR An appropriate recognized 4-years non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF level 7 plus a recognized trade test plus a 1 year teaching qualification.
- A recognized 3 years teaching qualification on NQA level 6.
- OR An appropriate recognized 3 years tertiary non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF level 6 in relation to the school subject to be taught plus a 1 year teaching qualification.
- OR An appropriate recognized 3-years non-teaching qualification (or equivalent) on NQF level 7 plus a recognized trade test plus a 1 year teaching qualification.

Applicants must attach academic records/transcripts of their qualification. All foreign qualifications must be submitted with evaluation reports from Namibia Qualification Authority (NQA).
