Bio Dynamics, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Accountant. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial management of the company, overseeing the complete accounting function and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full accounting function of the company.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the year-end audit process.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- A relevant Accounting Degree.
- Must be NIPA registered (or hold a similar recognized professional accreditation).
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a financial accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
