Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all legal practitioners, firms, and auditors comply with the Legal Practitioners Act, Rules, and related regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) applications, firm inspections, audits, and training programs.
• Ensuring operational compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of public trust monies.
• Developing, drafting, implementing, and monitoring internal policies to strengthen governance and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• The applicant must be a Namibian citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, or related field, with completed article.
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in compliance, auditing, legal regulation, or risk management.
• The applicant must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Advanced understanding of Word and Excel and PowerPoint presentations
