The Senior Finance Specialist role exists to ensure accurate, compliant, and end-to-end financial accounting execution across the organisation. The role is hands-on and operational, requiring independent ownership of the accounting cycle from source documentation through to trial balance and management accounts, while ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements. This role requires a high level of technical maturity and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ end-to-end financial accounting experience in a financial accounting environment, with demonstrated exposure to multiple accounting areas, including the general ledger, suppliers, balance sheet items, and reconciliations.
- Sound working knowledge of taxation and statutory submissions.
- Proven hands-on experience working on an accounting system.
