OMNIA Holdings (Pty) Ltd is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Communications and Marketing Officer Assistant to support corporate communications, marketing coordination, brand management, and digital content activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Communications & Marketing function/department.
- Assist with editing, proofreading, and formatting of internal and external communications.
- Support development and distribution of marketing and branding materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and documents.
- Monitor social media channels, track engagement, and escalate enquiries.
- Assist with content scheduling and digital communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Canva, SEO, Google Analytics, and any digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
