Rudy Agritactic MACHINES is seeking two Sales Consultants to manage the complete sales cycle, build strategic client relationships, and represent the company at industry events while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and tracking performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating sales and managing the entire sales cycle, from lead to after-sales support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Handle escalated client issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to management.
- Track KPIs such as sales volume, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and client retention.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Collaborating with the workshop teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Safeguard company information, pricing structures, and client data.
Requirements
- At least 2 years working as a sales person.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Namibian Citizen.
- Previous experience working with farming machinery will serve as an advantage.
