KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Rendering effective customer service:

• Tend to all customer queries

• Provide technical product advice to customers

• Create quotations / orders as per customer requests

• Ensure special orders are delivered to customers

• Handle customer claims and credit notes

Staff management:

• Provide technical product advice and training to staff members

• Assist with management and development of personnel

• Close interaction with Central Procurement Ordering Clerks

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Namibian citizenship

• A grade 12 certificate

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail related experience

• A valid Code B driver’s license

• Proficiency in English

• Computer literacy

• Product knowledge (agriculture, medicine, water, fencing, etc.)
