SMEI Projects Namibia is seeking experienced skilled personnel to lead and coordinate construction activities at our project sites in Namibia. The scope of services includes the installation of structural steelwork, platework, tanks, piping, and mechanical equipment (SMPP).

SITE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards is a priority to enhance workers safety.

• Maintain high standard of quality control ensuring project specification are met.

• Tracking expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget.

• Manage installation crews and subcontractors.

• Monitor compliance with project specifications and regulations.

• Handle site progress, safety reporting, and issue resolution.

• Attend site progress meetings weekly.

• Manage unexpected challenges and on-the-spot solutions are key.

Requirements:

• Proven track record (10+ years’) Site management experience in Managing large scale SMPP construction site (N$500m+).

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical construction or engineering.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Medically fit for site work.

• Ability to lead and motivate onsite teams
