Procurement Officer Required

Division: PSD (Town Office and Site)

Purpose of the Job

The role helps ensure that goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. Successful candidates will need to work in town and warehouse to process duty of procurement and warehouse managing.

Key Performance Areas

• Source and evaluate suppliers for mining equipment and services.

• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and issue purchase orders on time.

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor delivery, quality, and compliance.

• Support contract negotiations and ensure adherence to SLAs and company policies.

• Ensure procurement processes meet compliance, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams on stock needs and replenishment.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and management or related.

• At least 3 years’ experience working in the same field.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
