Autohaus MAN Truck & Bus – Heavy Truck Driver Trainer

HEAVY TRUCK DRIVER TRAINER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Benchmark Fuel runs with new customers
• Training drivers on demonstration runs and new deliveries
• Delivery of trucks / buses to customers
• Handover training on delivery of vehicles
• License, registration, roadworthy & police clearance of vehicles
• Movement of vehicles between bodybuilders and customers
• Assist with other general services and operations of the workshop as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Code CE driver’s license with PDP
• Valid passport
• Grade 12

EXPERIENCE

• Cross-border Driver experience of minimum 5-years and more
• Experience in the motor industry a recommendation

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative in assisting when required
• Team player with neat and professional outgoing personality
• Must be willing to work overtime and travel across border
• Perform well under pressure
• Good time management skills
• Must be energetic, organized and customer focused

• High standard and work ethics a definite advantage
• Compliance certificate of Code of Conduct at Nampol is a requirement
• Namibian citizen / work permit
