GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements

• Individual must have good knowledge and practical exposure in the diamonds manufacturing from Rough Planning to final grading of Round Brilliant Cut and Fancy Shapes.

• Able to do Rough Assortment of diamonds.

• Able to assimilate new production systems and methods at the factory and maximize the production.

• Good knowledge in Process Improvement, Quality Control, Supply chain, Inventory Management, Safety & Compliance.

• Should have worked as a General Manager for 5-10 years

• Sound communication in English

• Honest / Trustworthy

• Self-disciplined

• Minimum Graduation

• Must be a Namibian Citizen
