Chinese Head Chef and Assistant Chef

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, Dim Sum Chef, or Wok Chef in a reputable restaurant

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant kitchen experience, preferably including supervisory responsibility

• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP)

• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin highly desirable

• Ability to manage the wok station efficiently under pressure

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per restaurant service requirements

Added Advantages | Special Requirement(s)

• In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, regional cuisines (e.g., Sichuan, Shandong, or Shanxi), and ingredient

• Education for Chinese Chef

• Typically a job would require a certain level of education.
