The Kombat Mine has the following operation-restart project opportunities, based in Kombat.

MINERAL RESOURCE MANAGER

• The incumbent shall report to Technical Services Manager and be accountable for signoff of Mineral Resource estimations and technical reports including mineral resources, reserves and mine production reconciliation studies and technical evaluations of mine and other company projects. The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the departmental functions of modelling of orebodies and geology, QAQC, resource and grade control models the production and database.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• BSc (Hons) degree in Geology. MSc / MEng or equivalent statistical and geostatistical training.

• Professional registration.

• Minimum 15 years’ geology or mining related experience of which of 5 years is in geological mineral resource estimation.

• Develop and implement strategies for mineral resource optimisation and expansion

• Extensive geological orebody modelling and estimation software experience (Studio RM and Leapfrog preffered).

• Ability to mentor and coach junior staff and build the production geology and exploration capability on site.
