Position: Specialist: Human Capital Data Quality and Reporting
Department: Human Capital Department

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for human capital data quality, analysis, and reporting to all Group entities in Namibia. Collect, interpret, and report insights about various human capital functions. Provide effective support service to all end-users.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in a related field such as human resources, statistics, or business administration

• Honours degree in a related field

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience

• HR and analytics, with experience in data analysis software being an advantage

• Solid knowledge of administrative best practices, HR general practices required

• 3-4 years in relationship banking (customer coverage)

• Customer relationship experience

• Experience in branch sales and/or a service role

• Experience in preparing credit motivations and understanding of lending principles
