Job Title: HR Graduate Required

Number of positions: (1) | External

Division: HR (HR Town Office)

Purpose of the Job: The HR Graduate will provide administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, gaining exposure to recruitment, payroll, remuneration and benefits, HRIS, ER section, employee development and general HR operations/functions

Key Performance Areas:

• • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with data entry, timesheet verification and benefits team

  • HR Data & Projects: Maintain HRIS records and contribute to key projects (e.g. timekeeping, continuous digitalization)

  • General Support: Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and HR ad hoc tasks

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, includes candidates screening & employee contracts

  • Assist with training coordination and wellness initiatives and support employee relations process

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

• • Grade 12 or above, Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology or in related field.

  • Previous working exposure in HR functions will be added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Namibian labour Act and HR procedure

  • Strong Communication, time management, organizational skills.

  • Diligence and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
