 Job Title: HR Training Graduate Required

Division: HR (Rossing Site)

Purpose of the Job: The HR Training Graduate will provide comprehensive administrative support for the training function, ensuring the efficient coordination of programs and compliance with all standards in the mining industry.

Key Performance Areas:

• • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Knowledge of training coordination, attendance tracking, and document control systems.

  • Ability to work effectively with trainers, learners, and management teams.

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions

  • Maintain accurate employee training and competency records

  • Track and report on employee attendance and completion rates

  • Support the administration of training materials, assessments and evaluations

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications: National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior HR or training internship experience will be an advantage

Valid Code of Conduct Certificate
