JOB OPPORTUNITY
POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
LOCATION: WALVIS BAY
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Develop and set strategic direction for all Human Resources disciplines, with a keen focus on Employee Relations (ER), Payroll, Talent Management, Organisational Development (OD) and wellness instruments. The role ensures an effective overview of the day-to-day Human Resources administration.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Develop Human Resources strategies in compliance with the company objectives.

Manage and review organisational structural changes.
-
Ensure the company attract and retain resource human resources for optimal productivity.
-
Lead end-to-end recruitment for the terminal, including Sourcing, Interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

Design and implement favourable conditions of employment and remuneration structures.
-
Identify opportunities for staff exposure and growth through promotions and transfers.
-
Develop appropriate Human Resources policies, guidelines and procedures.
-
Implement effective ER processes and assist line managers in the consistent application thereof.

Oversee the design and implementation of company wellness programs.
-
Relationship building & Customer Service Orientation.

Managing and implementation the Affirmative Action Program.

Management of corporate induction programs.

Develop and manage divisional operational budget.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
-
Relevant Business Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

7-Years HR experience with at least 3-years at management level.

Navigates complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and self-awareness.

Communicates clearly across all levels of the organization.
