THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To answer inbound or internally transferred telephone calls, e-mails and faxes, to evaluate the caller’s assistance need, take ownership of the problem and coordinate an appropriate solution to the problem presented, using either internal or external resources.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Grade 12, with minimum 20 points over five subjects including at least an E-symbol in English

• Ideally: Certificate in Call Centre Management / Communications or Marketing

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Customer Liaison Effectiveness (internal & external)

• Compilation of reports and other correspondences

• Carry out administrative duties

• Ad-hoc duties & Erongo RED policies and procedures

• Personal Development and Growth

• Performance Management

• Comply with SHE policies and procedures

EXPERIENCE:

• Two (2) years’ experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment

DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED:

• Code B Driver’s Licence
