Unik Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2015, located at 26 Bensburger Street, Lafrenz; Windhoek, specializes in larger scale projects ranging from road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure development.

2. ROADS QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Perform measurement, valuation and cost control functions for road and civil projects.

• Prepare progress payment certificates, final accounts and subcontractor statements.

• Record and value variations and claims in accordance with contractual conditions.

• Assist in tender preparation, cost forecasting and budget management.

• Liaise with engineers, clients and site management to ensure accurate cost reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience on road and civil engineering projects.

• Good understanding of FIDIC or similar forms of contract.

• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.

• Preference will be given to Namibian citizens or those with valid Namibian work permits.
