Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via chat, phone, email, or social media to answer questions and guide them through the buying process.

Lead Conversion & Sales: Convert inbound leads into sales, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.

Campaign & Promotion Support: Collaborate with marketing to promote special offers and new product launches.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and report recurring issues to improve service and product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:
-
-
1–3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or telesales
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups
-
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage
-
Basic digital literacy and comfort working in online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
-
Results-driven, target-focused mindset
