Are you passionate about creating unforgettable customer experiences and ensuring brand excellence? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated individual to join our Novel Team as a
Guest Experience and Brand Standards Specialist This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both people-oriented and brand-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, assist, and engage with all guest to ensure an outstanding Novel experience from first
  contact to after-sales.

• Ensure very customer interaction reflects the Novel Brand promise and our commitment to excellence.

• Support marketing and brand activation initiatives to strengthen brand equity.

• Monitor and report on compliance with the Franchise guidelines, ensuring uniformity and professionalism.

• Work closely with management and sales teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction scores.

Brand Standards:

• Ensure Global Consistency: Implement and maintain Ford global brand guidelines across all
  Franchise Dealerships in Namibia.

• Showroom & Facility Excellence: Oversee dealership presentation ensuring showrooms,
  service bays, and reception areas meet Ford image and corporate identity standards at all times.

• Brand audits: Conduct regular audits and evaluations of Franchise dealerships, producing clear reports,
  improvement plans, and corrective action guidelines.

Requirements:

• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

• Attention to detail and passion for brand presentation.

• Ability to work independently while collaboration with multiple departments

• Willingness and ability to travel to branches.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing, or retail will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred but not required)
