Account Manager – Mining Sector

Erongo & Otjozondjupa Regions
Location: Swakopmund
Department: Sales
Deadline: 25 October 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships in the mining sector.

• Serve as the main contact, providing timely solutions.

• Identify opportunities through existing industry contacts.

• Coordinate large stock orders and ensure satisfaction.

• Promptly resolve issues and update internal teams.

• Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Residence: Swakopmund; Namibian citizen

• 2+ years in account management (preferably in mining)

• Strong network in the mining sector

• Sales/Marketing qualification (completed/in progress) or Matric

• Valid driver’s license (no endorsements)

• Excellent English; knowledge of other Namibian languages is a plus

• Clear criminal, credit, and disciplinary record

• Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, reporting, presentations, and MS Office proficiency
