Site Project Planner

Lycopodium is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to support the development, execution, and control of detailed project schedules and cost forecasts across major mining and infrastructure projects.

Candidates should possess the following:

• Must be a Namibian Citizen
• BSc in Industrial Engineering (NQF 8) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of planning and project controls experience across mining, EPCM, and heavy industry sectors
• Proven capability in Primavera P6, cost control, EVM reporting, and schedule delay analysis (AACEI protocols)
• Demonstrated success managing project planning for both surface and underground mining projects and mineral plants.
• Experience engaging with multidisciplinary teams to produce accurate and integrated schedules
• Strong technical reporting skills, including S-curves, tracking dashboards, and man-hour controls
• Ability to interpret design inputs, track progress on deliverables and liaise with contractors and clients to update schedule performance
• Familiarity with cost-loaded schedules, capital budget conversions, and delay claim preparation
