PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIRED
Site Field Engineer
Lycopodium is seeking an Site Field Engineer, responsible to provide technical advice in the resolutions of problems associated with constructability or design.
Candidates should possess the following:
• Must be a Namibian Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years’ experience in EPC/EPCM construction, site engineering, QA/QC, and civil works within the mining and resources sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MS Project, and PIMS (quality management system).
• Strong understanding of construction management, quality systems, and safety compliance.
• Skilled in surveying, quantity estimation, technical problem-solving, and contractor management.
