PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIRED

HSE Supervisor

Lycopodium is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to manage and implement project-specific Health, Safety and Environment systems across a high-risk mining projects.

Candidates should possess the following:

• Must be a Namibian Citizen
• Relevant Tertiary qualification and specific required additional certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, SACPCMP registration
• Minimum 15+ years Supervisory/ Leadership experience of HSE experience in mining and construction projects plus
• Proven success in managing HSE across EPC/EPCM environments and large- scale, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong leadership in driving zero-harm culture, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance to statutory/legal frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHS Act implementation
• Competency in compiling HSE reports, audits, presentations, and risk registers
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HSE-specific software/tools
