About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Contract Manager to oversee contract management across major engineering and construction projects. The role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled to safeguard the company’s commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the full contract process, including negotiation, execution, variation, claims, and settlement.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Provide guidance on contract terms to project managers, finance, legal teams, and clients.
• Support cost control, risk management, claims, and counterclaims.
• Lead or participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in contract management, project management, or legal-related roles; prior experience with large construction enterprises or international projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of national and local laws and regulations, with familiarity in international standard contract terms (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); ability to handle international contracts is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.
