POSITION: MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s master data strategy across product, customer, vendor, and location domains.

• Establish and enforce data governance policies, data standards, and best practices.

• Partner with IT, supply chain, merchandising, finance, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability.

• Own data quality initiatives and build out robust validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

• Implement and manage MDM tools and platforms

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in data management processes.

• Lead a small team or cross-functional contributor

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 15+ years of experience in master data management in a retail or consumer goods environment.

• Deep understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and data quality principles.

• Hands-on experience with MDM tools and platforms.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience collaborating across merchandising, logistics, finance, and e-commerce.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus)

• Full clean drivers license with flexibility to travel nationwide
