PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIRED

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Lycopodium Namibia is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong EPCM project background in SMP construction across mineral processing plants to join our team.

Candidates should possess the following:

• Be a Namibian Citizen.

• 15+ years of hands-on construction experience, with at least 10 years in a Construction Manager role on major projects.

• Demonstrated success delivering SMP and infrastructure packages on mineral processing plants

• Proven experience leading multi-discipline activities

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Construction Management

• Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards, construction methodologies, and engineering documentation control.

• Skilled in client liaison, contractor engagement, and stakeholder reporting.
