HUMAN CAPITAL & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Department: Finance & Administration
Position: Human Capital & Administration Officer
Job Grade: C3(Patterson)
Location: Windhoek
Reports to: Manager: Finance & Administration
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and human resource services by implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient administration of activities within the company
and to ensure that those services are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of NAM-MIC Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
Qualifications & experience:

Bachelor’s degree (NQF: Level 7) in Business Management/ Human Resource Management/ or an equivalent and relevant qualification.

Six (6) years of working experience in a corporate business environment doing Human Resource functions with Three (3) years supervisory experience.
