POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS (Windhoek)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a -related
  field.

• Should be registered with Engineering Council

• A PMP certification or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in senior management
  leading operations / construction industry, specifically in project management and business
  development.

• Proven track record in Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary construction projects.

• Project planning, execution, monitoring, and financial management in construction.

• Business development in project-based environments.

• Risk management across large-scale or complex construction projects.

• Proficiency in project management systems and should be AI advanced.
