Position: 1 X Trainees Counselling & Hostel Management
Duty Station: Mururani

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

• Counselling and student welfare: Provide counselling, career guidance, and welfare support services to trainees.
• Hostel Management: Oversee hostel operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and student-centre living environment.
• Social, Spiritual and Psychological Care: Provide parental and pastoral care, promoting holistic student development.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain accurate records on student support and hostel activities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in student affairs, social services, or educational/ psychological support.
• Experience in counselling, career guidance, or psychosocial support.
• Knowledge of student welfare and hostel management (advantageous).
• Training/experience in chaplaincy / Social, Spiritual and Psychological Care (advantageous).
