We are currently seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Receptionists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve meals and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments and issue receipts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a waitress/waitor (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage.
• Team player and willing to assist wherever needed.
