HEAD STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Head Strategy and Business Development works closely with the CEO to drive the company’s growth and financial sustainability. This executive is responsible for identifying and developing new income streams, evaluating and launching new business opportunities, and formulating corporate strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Conduct market analysis to support decision-making on expansion and investment.
• Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new ventures.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for business expansion.
• Engage with investors, funders, and stakeholders to secure growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to ensure high performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of securing large contracts and driving significant revenue growth.
• Strong experience in market expansion, partnership building, and contract negotiation.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Degree in Finance.
• Master of Business Administration (Finance) or equivalent preferred).
• At least 10 years working experience at similar position.
