KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise and engage children during play, learning, meals, and rest time.
• Support hygiene routines including toileting, handwashing, and feeding.
• Prepare learning materials and help maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe and report child behavior and developmental progress.
• Ensure child safety and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Uphold Christian values and support spiritual development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with young children in a school or daycare setting (an advantage).
• The ability to speak clearly and confidently in English, basic reading and writing skills, and ability to model correct English usage and support children in language development.
• Friendly, caring, and patient demeanor.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to Christian values and child development.
