CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
IRDNC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and coordinate our operations, fundraising, grants management, and regional support services across Namibia. The COO will drive collaboration with key stakeholders and ensure CBNRM impact through effective field operations and special projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Strategic and operational planning
* Fundraising and donor engagement
* Grants and financial management
* Overseeing regional field operations and special projects
* Internal support services (HR, admin, finance)
* Partner communication and collaboration
