MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR – LEWCOR

VACANCY 

We are offering a position to an experienced and dedicated person to join our team. The position is based in ORANJEMUND.

Minimum Requirements:

* Grade 12 or Technical equivalent
* Trade Diploma (N5 level) and Red Seal (advantageous)
* Maintenance Planning & Oil Analysis training
* Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
* At least 5 years’ experience in vehicle and equipment workshop maintenance
* Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
* Familiar with industry tools, materials, codes and standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in MS Excel and computerised maintenance systems

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage oil sampling programmes and ensure accurate data capturing
* Plan and monitor maintenance schedules, services, and repairs
* Perform quality control on mechanical services and ensure compliance
* Provide monthly performance and plant reports
* Oversee housekeeping and site organization (LDV workshop, Oil store, etc.)
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and optimize team performance
